Canning Salsa


I used some of the tomatoes I had picked to make salsa for the family to use. I combined the pureed and strained tomatoes with Mrs. Wages Salsa Mix. It turned out fantastic! Great flavor, and in the range of medium to hot.







I ended up with 16 pints of salsa, and added that to my inventory of canned goods.

Next item on the canning menu: Pizza Sauce!
